I like to see myself as a bit of a detective, carefully listening to your personal story, getting an idea of who you are and what factors are affecting your health. My aim is to combine traditional knowledge with the latest scientific research, adding a dose of common sense to help improve your quality of life.
As a happily aging woman, my personal journey has informed my clinical practice, which is now focused on menopause management, healthy aging and women's wellness.
Helping you walk towards feeling great one step at a time, (at your own pace), so you can enjoy optimal health and vitality.
EXPERIENCE
I am very privileged to have spent 30 years teaching & practicing as a naturopath & medical herbalist. I have continued to develop my knowledge base from a Naturopath Diploma in 1997 to a Master Science (Dist) Herbal Medicine in 2017. I have worked as a technical & training manager in the natural health industry & also own & operate the iconic Sunray Apothecary Health 2000 store in Dunedin, NZ. I am a longstanding member of the NZAMH, promoting the safe & effective use of herbal medicine. I currently mentor and support new practitioners.

This is where you get to report back on any progress or problems with the initial prescription. This vital tweaking is part of getting you to great health.
Re-Connect Consultation $120.00
